SCIENCE TRANSLATION

Science translation is the distillation of technical information to understandable, accessible, and actionable materials for a wide audience. The need for an informative, short, fun, and effective beachgrass planting video was identified independently by coastal NGOs and through community effort, we made this resource a reality while also supporting a student.

DATA MANAGEMENT & VISUALIZATION

Data is a resource, but it has to be leveraged effectively to tell a story or convey value. This interactive dashboard and associated underlying database were developed with input from the broader coastal community, where we carried out all project phases - design, data collection, creation and implementation of both the database, public-facing dashboard, and all associated reports.
