Bianca is a conservation ecologist with 10+ years of hands on experience. She has a unique expertise in coastal plants with an emphasis on coastal dune ecology, management, restoration, and conservation. Her research combines interdisciplinary methods to test novel ideas with applied societal value. Her work has been published in numerous high-impact academic journals and applied to management actions. Outreach and societal application are woven into the fabric of her pursuits and as a result she has worked with many local and national organizations including various US Federal agencies, serving communities across academia and industry.
